We apply strict due diligence and verification processes. This includes verifying counterparties, reviewing documentation, and following compliance and regulatory checks where applicable before proceeding with any transaction.

Our fees or commissions are agreed in advance and documented in writing before any transaction begins. In most cases, fees are success-based and payable upon the completion of agreed transaction milestones.
